What is Christmas without your family?
We have just said goodbye to my brother and his family after spending ten busy, but fun days together and it was nowhere near enough time. They don't live in Brisbane so when we visit each other there's always that small regret that we don't live closer.
Not that it all went without a good stoush - we argued about politics but left sex and religion well alone!
This is a picture of my daughter Mackenzie and her cousins Macey and Xavier just before they headed off to the pool for one final swim together this morning.
Like every parent, I hope that Kenz will treasure these childhood memories of a close, loving family.
The look on Xavier's face is what happens when you "Freddo Frog" instead of "cheese". I recommend it!
